D1 Training Vestavia Hills

My daughter is attending classes at D1 during the summer to supplement her volleyball skills training. She loves the classes. The coaches are encouraging and challenge her each time she attends. She enjoys the friendly competition because it pushes her to train even harder. We highly recommend D1!!!

I've loved my workouts at D1! All the instructors are very equipped and help push me towards reaching my goals! I love how each bootcamp class is a little bit different, and we can all work at our own pace! D1 has been the best workout I've done yet!

D1 has great staff and trainers who are very friendly and make you feel welcome! The workouts are always challenging and the trainers are always encouraging you to push yourself to achieve your best. I always feel like I get a great full body workout every time I go. I highly recommend D1 to anyone interested in getting in the best shape they can be and doing so in a really comfortable and friendly environment.

The coaches are great! They are both extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable. I’ve always struggled with form and the coaches at D1 are quick to provide constructive criticism in a way that is not at all intimidating. Workouts are only 45 minutes long but very challenging. I can definitely tell a difference in my energy levels and the way I look.

I've been coming to D1 for about 5 months now and it's awesome. The trainers are welcoming and friendly. The workouts are well designed and they normally get more out of you than you thought you had in the tank. The new location for the gym is smaller, but it hasn't impacted the quality of the workouts. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
